So today was the day that we would chill out at the cottage and go for lunch at the Endsleigh Hotel.
The day started out very quietly with breakfast and then Sue, Judith and Ivan went to the garden centre that is associated to the estate. I relaxed at the cottage and did some website work using my new 4G antenna gadget.
When they got back we got dressed ready to go to the 5 star hotel. Judy and Ivan drove their as the hill up to it was very steep while Sue and I walked up through the rockery gardens and met them there.
It was indeed, very posh and we ordered our lunch which was ox cheek for Sue, Ivan and me and Judy had fish and chips. It was very tasty and we even had space for pudding. We then had a chilled walk in the grounds and then retired back to the cottage we had a peaceful relaxing evening and went to bed. We got up in the morning and packed ready for the off we left the cottage at about 9:30am and had a long and uninteresting journey home.
It is a great location and we would love to go back again sometime.
