We had decided that today would be a day of rest! We had coffee and cake (including Bread of God) back at the Pastelaria petit fours bakery near the hotel and then chilled in our room. Dave sorted through some photos and listened to rugby special, I read my novel, did enough laundry to see us through the trip and went for a swim in the hotel pool. We then went for an evening stroll to a sister hotel Pestana Grande via a cocktail bar where we stopped off for a margarita and a mojito. We had booked into their Moroccan restaurant and had a lovely beef, date and almond tagine. We got a taxi back due to high winds and a yellow weather warning!!
